CAAP fosters student community

We know the best way for our students to reach their goal is with the support of community. That's why we take time and effort to foster dynamic friendships and community within the our students.

Academics

From math programs to reading circles, we identify academic needs in our community of students and go above meeting the need to equip them not only to pass tests, but to go on to top level universities.

Social Activities

From our academic symposiums to our college tours, we engage students' social acuity to help them become better classmates, citizens, and friends.

Cultural Awareness

Our programs and events allow students to engage with their community's culture and fortify confidence in their place within it.

LET'S DRIVE CHANGE

A small step can change lots of lives

As a church in your community, you influence so many lives for the better. We know how much you value the youth in your congregation and desire to see them thrive.

One "Yes" can impact a life forever

Serena Gikonyo,

Spelman Class of 2019

It’s my first day of classes for the Spring semester and I am so motivated! Every time I walk through the gates of this illustrious institution I think of YOU and how the CAAP organization has made this dream possible.

Tatiana Fominyam,

Cerritos HS Class of 2016; UC Berkeley Class of 2020; Current Boalt Hall First Year Law Student

I was given the opportunity to receive my undergraduate education at UC Berkeley, and I owe that opportunity to CAAP. I will be forever grateful to Ms. Ingrid and Mr. Moore for constantly challenging and supporting me as it allowed me to further realize that I am
“an ebony jewel that is destined to shine and leave an indelible mark on this world.”

Kelechi Okwandu,

Diamond Bar HS 2016; UC Santa Barbara 2020

Coming into CAAP as a junior in high school, I didn’t know quite what to except. However, I can say now as an alumni that I’ve left the program with a new found sense of confidence, determination, and gratitude for the support I’ve received through the CAAP community.
